I would go back to this rental. It was more than enough space for my family of 5.
We really enjoyed our stay! We had a issue with the oven, and they responded quickly and resolve the issue right away . They answered all my question right away, and the townhome was 😊 I definitely will use them again in the future.
The property was great. An A/C problem was handled quickly. Little issues not worth reporting during stay however Sunday night Unit 3045 had a LOUD party that was still going at 11:00 we followed procedures texting the number 4 times no relief then a call to guards who came the property only got louder when they left. Kind of spitefully. Called the Sheriff’s Office it was close to 1am until it was quieted. We had players who need to be up at 700am. Frankly this ruined the property for us

Very nice home, fit great for me and my family. Will be staying at another Global Vacation property again when in town.
House is a cleaner older townhouse. We have stayed at Paradise Palms multiple times. It’s a nice gated facility but it is a older facility and with that comes some run down homes and the clubhouse pool walls are falling apart a little. The community jacuzzi water was scummy. This house was very clean and a quick responsive host. We didn’t arrive till around midnight and when we did the air was broke. They had someone come at 1:15am to fix it so they are quick to respond. The splash pool in the back was clean but it is small. All in all due to the cleanliness and host responsiveness it wasn’t a bad house to rent. The ac unit was the only thing that was unfortunate after a long day of travel and a hot house to welcome you.
