Very clean! Kitchen well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Check in, check out and all instructions very clear. Quick response anytime I had a question.
The positives. Great house, well stocked, all hard surface floors, comfortable beds, space for a large family(s). Pool area is very nice and the deck furniture comfortable. Enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and choices of dining areas. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bath. Very clean/no issues with checking in at gate or house. Our party: us, the grandparents, 3 adult children and one adult grandchild. They all live in Orlando and were to join us the first night.Challenges: upon arrival the upstairs was 91. The ac for the 2nd floor wasn't working. This kept our locals from joining us the first night. We contacted Global and they sent out someone who put in coolant, told us there is a leak and he didn't have approval to fix it and he thought it would hold for our 6 night stay. Also reported ceiling fan in one master that would only run at slow speed. They sent someone to replace it but it still only ran on slow speed. 2 days later - ac upstairs goes out again. We reported and waited. By the time he came, Global was trying to get us to move to another property. We had almost completely packed when the ac guy got the leak repaired and assured us it should last the rest of our trip.Addl. issues: advertised ac in gameroom didn't work (was not fixed during stay) could not use.The spa drained all water out (fixed), squirrel got in pool screen hole (fixed), one toilet handle defective (fixed).Request comp for two nights - got one.

the house is amazing and we already knew the community from other stays, back in the 2000's and it's better now. We found everything as promised and the instructions for access the house are clear and easy to follow. great work

Came down with two grandmas and two teenagers. We spent the week in Florida. The house was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay very much. Would absolutely rent the house again
