The house is located in a great area within quick driving range to all the areas main attractions. The property manager was amazing to communicate with an answer any questions we had. Positives:Great locationBig house so the family could spread outAll amenities available were great We utilized the community hot tub and basketball court several times.Negatives:On day 2 of our stay I was drinking coffee on the back porch and a random man just came in the backyard to treat the pool. He didn’t knock, announce himself or even introduce himself. He just walked right into the pool area where I was sitting.The upstairs stays extremely warm. Thank goodness we visited during winter, otherwise it would’ve been unbearable.The master bed downstairs desperately needs a new mattress as it’s extremely uncomfortable.The master bedroom downstairs is also facing a highway so the noise in the mornings is not pleasant.The hot tub was pretty dirty with pebbles and hair in it so we did not utilize it.The pool was freezing cold so we also did not utilize that eitherWe left 3 pairs of shorts at the house and the management company was very accommodating and is mailing them back to us.Even with the negatives listed we would still return (not in the summer due to upstairs being warm even in January) as overall the house was nice and we enjoyed ourselves.
The home we rented was nothing as advertised. I issued a formal complaint with date stamped pictures showing the filthy home throughout. Pictures on website are old. Appliances are old and home is worn. I have pictures if you are interested. Global is not accommodating and I will not recommend them at all.

Vacation
It was all good but very tight parking if you don't drive SUV or cars. Trucks are almost to long for parking. Also smoke alarm went off bc battery dying everyday.
Lots of space
Nice big house with pool We had an issue that was resolved within 15 minutes of call so great service The house is worn and could use a good cleaning and paint but it worked
