Very friendly atmosphere. Clean and updated space, made it comfortable for the whole family.

The price was considerably higher since the hurricanes. It’s a great Condo. Sliding screens to porch need to be fixed so they slide well. Toilet in the master slow to flush, may need some servicing. Really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cart for transport. Condo has a musty smell and Someone must have used a majority of the coolers for fish, cleaned them in the condo and then used the sink disposal for fish guts. The odor stayed noticeable in the kitchen all week. The smallest cooler was great. Pool was lovely too. Thank you!

Great location!!! However the carpet had stains, there was mold around the tub and the 3 slider doors/screens and sliding door on the tub could barely be slidden open. This condo felt like it has not updated in at least 40 years. There was some new hardwood in the living room which helped a little. All in all, we would definitely not recommend it.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Siesta Key for a week. Unit was clean and very fresh. Everything in the kitchen is new and very well stocked with anything you need. King size bed was very comfortable. Everything you need for a day at the beach is also there. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids toys and a wagon to get it down to the beach. The unit is not on the beach but only a short walk away with private access to the beach. The pool was clean and the water a very comfortable temp for January. New tennis/pickle ball courts were being put in the week we were there but we knew that ahead of time. I had just a couple of questions before we arrived and the Team at Global Vacations were very quick to get back to me. Check in and check out was seamless. The trolley stops right out front if you want to get down to the restaurants on the north end. Highly recommend!!
