The location was spot on. We were in Orlando for UCA College Cheer Nationals and it was literally 10 mins from ESPN WWOS. The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Orlando but it is outdated. The bathrooms and kitchen are stuck in the 1980s. I could not ignore the stale smell in the apartment. The property company sprayed but the odor persists. The baseboards in the bathrooms are grimy and in need of fresh paint or replacement. The shower heads in both bathrooms are not up to standard for a vacation rental property. Kitchen cabinet coverings are peeling. The blinds in the living room are broken, we were afraid to open them. We didn't expect a 5 star accommodation but we did expect a grade level above a Quality Inn. The community seems to have everything you need, and again location was perfect. This is not meant to be a poor review but honest feedback for future renters. To the home owner it is time to upgrade your property, a little $ and some TLC will go a long way.

Great location, within a reasonable driving distance to all local destinations. The amenities were great, the pool and waterside were great, the kids had a great time. The house was equipped with pots, pans, dining wear.
Great condo, lovely pool and clubhouse. All so close to Disney and downtown Kississimee. Everything is fully stocked but with just barely enough of everything (tiny dish soap, couple rolls of toilet paper, etc) - we avoided an end of week shopping trip but only just! Global Vacation Rentals made absolute certain that we'd completed the extra vacation rental form for the complex in advance, which was greatly appreciated since the email went to spam. Check in with the complex was no problem, even late at night.
