Great stay! Ceiling fan in master bedroom was broken which was a little frustrating as I am very used to having one on when I sleep. Didn’t figure this out until first night and didn’t want to inconvenience others to switch. Love this gated community! Have stayed here many times in different homes…this was a busier area in the community. Would stay again though
We had a couple concerns... The pool heating wasnt done on arrival to the unit, despite having requested it by email at time of booking.. Washer did not work while at the house, we called and someone was sent out, but unable to fix it. ran out of towels , ( due to not being able to wash any) didn't like that we needed to pay a deposit to use the pickelball courts..
We were extremely disappointed that the house did not have a working washing machine for more than half of the vacation. We were traveling with an infant and packed assuming we’d have that amenity. We are frequent visitors to the Orlando area and were hoping this would be a more positive experience.

House was perfect

The tvs on the house were difficult to turn on, the refrigerator didn't keep items cold.
