Very good communication
Easy to use website with all the information clearly laid out. Global Resorts were very straightforward and trustworthy in the way they handled my booking during the Covid crisis. Excellent communication in general and very helpful staff.
The location is great but there were few amenities in the house (few soaps, no toaster), and the house needs some attention (like new mattresses).
Large family vacation
Having to ask property manager to send out someone to clean food off the floor and table was quite disappointing. Said someone would come the next day they came on Monday morning. By then we had cleaned most of it. Due to small children. Other than that everything else was perfect. The owner was wonderful to communicate with prior to rental. Management company should inspect homes between rentals to ensure they are being cleaned properly
Would stay here again for sure. House was clean, very nice, great location, and very good communication with host. Both house pool and community pool were great to use. Highly recommend the house.
