I have been visiting for the last 5 years me and my family really enjoy our stay
We had 7 teenage soccer players and 7 adults staying here for the Disney Soccer College Showcase. The layout was perfect with the upstairs a great hangout spot and downstairs and outside perfect for adults. The house was clean, the location was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The upstairs air conditioning wasn't working throughout our stay and we had some challenges communicating with the property management company in a timely manner. this seemed to be a technology issue rather than a property management issue. at the end of the day, we were happy it wasn't 100 degrees and left feeling very content with our visit. I would 100% stay here again.
Everything was great and very clean… we booked this property less than 24 hrs before checking in so not having the ability to prepay for the pool heater was a bummer but obvi not an issue if you book in advance. My only complaint would be not having cleaning products on site to wipe down the counter/do a quick mop. We were there for a short period of time so to buy a few diff products to have to throw out 3-4 days later didn’t make sense for me. Other than that - excellent communication and would recommend.
