Guests love the great location, manager communication, and pool
The house was great! My grandson was in the pool every day! Our name wasn’t on the list for check in so we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to sort it out at the security gate. We had an issue with the garbage disposal but couldn’t reach the property management on the weekend. Overall happy with our stay.
Perfect home-base used for our family of three to visit the 3 Universal Parks. We thought the 11 year-old would enjoy the large pool and waterslides; however, the townhouse splash pool was the real star of the week. Happy I sprung for the pool heat even on 90 degree days it was comforting to not freeze upon entry. Personnel stopped by each morning to service the pool. Large Walmart and ample shopping nearby to fill the fridge with favorites and keep our family on budget. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary kitchenware. Attractive neutral decor and comfortable furniture. The Marvel room is super attractive for kids, even though we didn’t need to use it. Here are a few recommendations to further improve this rental property.An air fryer would be a great low cost addition to the kitchen. The toaster needs to be replaced. Only 2 of the 4 slices are operational. Most of the facets drip even when completely turned off. Some towels and linens need to be refreshed due to stains. The townhouse is due for a deep cleaning. We found previous guest’s dirty clothes under the couch cushion.

Ao conseguir falar com a empresa, me disseram que os técnicos demorariam ainda umas 2horas e então me ofereceram outro imóvel na mesma rua. No dia seguinte notei que o triturador da pia não estava funcionando, e que a banheira da suíte master estava entupida. A empresa então mandou um técnico que resolveu os dois problemas. A casa era confortável e atendeu muito bem a estadia.
