Pros- good location and proximity to beach- good size unit for a family vacation - great amenities on the property Cons- Cold showers - little to no hot water at shower. The hot water was working at the kitchen sink though?!?- Low water pressure in showers- AC can't keep up - suite runs very hot through the day - reaches 80-82F inside - very uncomfortable.- Dishwasher very loud - can't run when sleeping. Have to run after dinner but then it interrupts family time.- One rack in stove limits how much to bake / cook for dinner- no in suite laundry - laundry is communal - 3 per load - I have never seen this in a vacation rental.- blood stains on bedroom quilt. Shows lack of detail to cleaning and maintenance in the unit.- Property manager makes you sign a contract before providing a code to the unit even though you already paid for it through VRBO.
We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made everything easy for us. <br/>We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Great stay, very responsive hosts!
We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made everything easy for us. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Love the Anchorage
Condo was as described. Great being on the side of the building away from the street because it is quieter. Spent a lot of time at the gorgeous pool. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils to cook with. We have stayed at 3 units in the Anchorage over the last 20 years.. one of them many times. This one was good for us and will likely be a destination for us in the future. Only complaint was the that floors made the soles of our feet black. Didn’t feel or look dirty, the condo was quite clean overall, but somehow the floor made our feet dirty. Maybe some deep cleaning with more than just a mop would help. There was also a slight inconvenience with workers installing new glass in many of the units. I know that units rented directly through the Anchorage received a discount for the noises during the day, but unfortunately we didn’t get that. Otherwise we had a great stay.
