Our family of 8- 6 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 10, enjoyed our stay here. It's convenient to the beach and a few restaurants and shops. The trolley picks up right in front of the building to take you to the village if you're interested. Well stocked kitchen and closet with beach chairs/ umbrella etc.
For the money This unit is very dated, carpet is stained and gross, balcony doors wouldn’t lock, overall it’s wasn’t as nice as other units we have rented at anchorage
The only issue we had was resolved quickly.

Nothing is ever perfect

Clean and as pictured. No issues with anything others had stated or anything else for that matter. Easy check in. Beautiful beaches!! A little off the beaten path in regards to shopping and a broader variety of restaurants, you need to drive for this, all else is in walking distance.
