The unit was a little old
We had to call Global because we had no wifi service in the condo. Global advised that they would have to send someone out. No one came out the day we called. We looked around the condo for the modem and found it unplugged. We were able to solve the problem. The welcome book should include where the router is so future renters can try to troubleshoot before calling and being without wifi for a day and a half.
