This was a great place! It was a work trip and the house was well equipped for a home away from home feeling. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and Tupperware. The neighborhood was quiet and I loved going for long walks everyday. I felt safe and that's really important. I worked everyday from the house and the Wifi was excellent and didn't drop me at all. We will definitely be back and make this our regular place to stay during work trips!! If we need to rent anywhere else in Florida I will be contacting Global Vacation Rentals first!
The house had everything we needed. Things were somewhat rundown. The unheated pool was discouraging. But whenever we sent the management a message we received an immediate response. We felt that the house was pretty remote.

We had a family member that brought a boat for us to use and Global came right over to help us get the boat lift working. Global answered every question we had very fast I must say. The house was perfect for 2 couples.Check in and check out was very easy. Will definitely keep this house in mind for next time.

Awesome Relaxing Vacation
We looked for a place to stay that was comfortable. Also with a pool. Central to where we wanted to go. The canal was fun. Fishing ,watching wildlife. Family Christmas Gift vacation
While we were very happy with the house & waterfront location, we had several issues which we have never experienced previously with VRBO. Upon arrival we found a dead, dried up frog outside the bathroom & several dead spiders in bathtub.The smoke detector was chirping, thermostat had low battery warning & coffee mugs had mold. The internet & cable were not plugged in & still never worked well after a tech came to service. Lawn was not mowed & firepit bottom was rusted out. No instructions left how to use boat launch for supplied kayaks and advertised bikes not found. Quality family time and local entertainment accomplished but will not rent with this management company in the future.
