Perfect for What We Needed
Property was as advertised. Pool was perfect retreat at the end of the day. We used the club pool as well. Very nice, friendly staff and clean.Cable worked one day. Tried to reset. Just gave up as we weren't there to watch television. Wifi was good and consistent for what we needed.It is a little bit of a drive to WDW. Felt it was advertised a bit differently - implying it was closer than it was. (About 20 min in light traffic. During rush hour could take as long as 35-45 min)Not sure if this is an emerging trend with rentals managed by Property Management Companies, but a little faith and trust to families would be appreciated. Having a price list for missing items and posters on the wall for included TV's was a little disheartening. Appreciate that items need to be accounted for, but what are the management companies doing? Seemed a little cold.The charging for a heated pool / BBQ seems like it should have been included in the rental price. The rules we had to agree to regarding the garbage and linens was a little absurd to. Threats of additional charges and fines were stressful.
