Guests love the cleaning, size, and manager communication
The sofa in the living room and the beds are in need of replacement. They are very saggy and squeaky. We also had an experience where a vendor come into our place without notice or permission to remove a Christmas tree that the previous guest had ordered. It was unsettling to find out that they had access to our townhouse without us being there.
The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds could have been firmer. The host was very responsive. We have stayed in this area previously for a national competition and this one was the best so far!
Townhome was perfect for our family to stay in for our week trip to Disney and Universal Studios. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Communication with host was very timely.

Townhome was perfect for our family to stay in for our week trip to Disney and Universal Studios. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Communication with host was very timely.

It was unsettling to find out that they had access to our townhouse without us being there.
The house was nice and setup well. There was dirt on the floor of the kitchen and the dresser drawers were dirty.
Overall our stay was good. We have a few minor cons: ants noted in multiple rooms, the couch wasn’t very comfortable (worn down), the beds were very creaky. Besides that, everything was great.
