The house was very nice, with an easy walk to the water park. My only real complaint was that the pool water temperature was too cold for 1st half of trip and when we called, he set it way too hot. The kids really couldn’t swim except for 1 night (the day he arrived yo fix it). I did appreciate him coming the morning after we called tho.
I would need to know more about other properties and stay more frequently to put my name on something as a recommendation. All I can say is, we enjoyed our stay a lot and the house was in good enough condition for our comfort.

We have stayed at Storey Lake before and had absolutely no issues but it was an air bnb. Though Global was amazing at responding a correcting issues I feel like the issues should have not been an issue. The lights and pool heat didn’t work when we arrived the lightening was horrible in the bedrooms . One of the dinning room chairs were broken an adult fell out of it. Luckily it was not one of the babies, the drier was loud we just dealt with the noise and the door code box kept locking us out , the battery was prob dying. And though the maintenance came out immediately and fixed the pool heat and it worked great the first night every night after it really didn’t get as warm as it did for the night it was fixed. I do appreciate how fast things were taken care of for the most part and the customer service. I just think these are things that should probably be checked before someone checks in.
