Great amenities, very clean, very comfortable

Good property but poorly stocked bathrooms n kitchen

Property is decently maintained. Very little and extremely poor quality toiletries were available. The kitchen has very little stuff stocked up. First thing as soon as I arrived had to stock up all of these things again.

Unit was clean and easy to access. Weather was cool, so did not get to use pools. Upon check in I found that a faucet deck in master bath was very loose, along with toilet tissue holders in both bathrooms being ready to come out of the wall. I also found the list of linens that were to be in the unit and discovered that the bath towel count was listed as 9 but there was only 8 in the unit. Called Luke, who was very responsive, said the unit was to have 10 towels and that he would send additional towels over. I said that the 8 would suffice. He sent a repairman over and he "fixed" the faucet and the holders. I had taken a shower prior to the man coming and found that the bottom seal was gone from the shower door, which allowed a lot of water to get on the floor. Showed this to the man and he stated that someone would be out the next day to fix. No one ever showed up, so we used towels to absorb the water. The shower had plenty of pressure but the shower head had very fine and very hard stream of water and the water temp kept changing while showering.

The overall place did look as described. However the bed sheets weren’t clean. They smelled like dirty laundry, maybe it’s the mattress, either way I went to Walmart and spent over $150+ on clean sheets, blanket, mattress pad and placed it right on top of the current stuff. The toilet seat in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, there’s what looks to be bleach stains on the toilet, that’s not appeasing to the eye. The aesthetics of the place overall was nice. However you have to deep clean at some point, like I left that place as if we never stayed in it so I’m sure once again the cleaners probably didn’t change those sheets again. Also, because those curtains are cloth, they need to clean those at least 2x per year professionally. The outside of the door like in the entry area needs to be clean. The elevator didn’t smell the best either and was rusted around the base.
