Everything was as advertised. The one question we had while there was addressed without issue and quickly. Great to still find a business with great customer service.

The house lacked some basics that I have seen at other properties. No salt and pepper, it’s for kids but no inflatables at the pool, have to rent a grill, ac only went to 72 degrees, no common bathroom on main floor, the gate to get into the development was wide open the whole time anyone could come in.

The house was decent and clean, but Global Vacation Rentals the management company, was pretty difficult to deal with, our fridge was broken at check-in and I reported it the following morning at 6am after verifying that it was definitely still not working. The first tech didn’t show up till 9:45 and he was only there to verify that I wasn’t lying…. The real tech came at 11:40 already 5 hours after the report of the fridge above 38 degrees and food starting to go bad. The tech didn’t have the parts and so left and came back at 1:07 and repaired the fridge. Then it took another 7 hours for the fridge to get below 38 degrees. Our fridge and freezer food went bad unfortunately and the management company offered 0 resolution or reimbursement for the $700 worth of groceries. And ceased all communication after I put a ticket in with Airbnb support. Aileen the customer support rep was quite rude and in no way tried to come up with a fix to our lack of groceries. I wouldn’t recommend them.
