My family and I enjoyed this home. We had the sink clogged up on us and they sent someone out immediately! Very nice host and we will be visiting again.
Upgrade needed - the furniture needs replacing, the dining table chairs were not upholstered properly, the rug is old and rolling up, and the washing machine is rusting from the corners. We had problems with the parking on the first night, which was a bit inconvenient, but security dealt with it by the second night. The home was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but still spacious enough to sit, eat and hangout. The home had a modern refrigerator, TVs in every room and we had no issues with the toilets, sinks and shower draining. Upon arrival, it had an old smell that lingered for a few days. We didn’t expect to receive additional rules after we booked, but we couldn’t cancel so we complied. The home was about 15-20 minutes away from Disney and 30-40 minutes away from Universal, both depending on traffic. I had a friend staying in an Airbnb about 4 units from mine and it was updated, very modern and we paid the same price. All in all, I rate the home 7/10. The host was helpful.

such a great location
The house was very clean. The patio furniture was covered in pollen and cobwebs. The pool had stuff floating in it and the pool net was broken so we were unable to clean it ourselves. I did not reach out to have anything cleaned or fixed as we only planned to use the pool area the first day of our stay. Given how responsive they were about other things, I’m sure they would have fixed it if I asked.
