A beautiful home from home

We have stayed in this area many times as we had our own villa in Rotonda for years . We loved this villa with its boat dock, it had everything we could have possibly wanted ( except a kettle for cups of tea , but we made do boiling a saucepan ) We would highly recommended this to any one wanting a lovely home for a family holiday . Thankyou very much , I'm sure we will return

The house was beautiful and very roomy. The interior was spotless and the kitchen well-stocked with dishes, cooking supplies, and pantry items to get us started. The pool was beautiful with plenty of towels for everyone. The location on the canal can’t be beat, and we enjoyed our time fishing on the dock where we were treated to a cool encounter with a resident gator! Our kids loved the fact that there was a television in every room for wind-down time in the evenings, and that we were able to connect our own streaming service accounts. In my previous Airbnb experiences I’ve dealt directly with the owner, which I prefer. The hot tub was filthy when we arrived and stopped working after being serviced the next day. This was a real bummer and wasn’t fixed until our last day; however, we were refunded one nights’ stay as compensation. Surfaces on the lanai needed wiping down, and there were a couple indoor light bulbs missing/dead, but overall our stay was wonderful and we would return.

One of the best vacations my family has been on. My husband got to fish off the dock and caught 3 new to him species while my kids swam in the pool. Very beautiful place with lots of room. Absolutely loved the indoor outdoor living and all the amenities. Appreciated the pool toys and beach chairs. Thank you for the best spring break!
