Waterfront Retreat (ARC8138)

We had a very relaxing stay. The management team was very responsive and the house was really nice. Great westward looking view. The deep end of the pool was actually overhead, which we enjoyed. We have stayed in South Gulf Cove several times (first time in this house) and Boca Grande is terrific.

House was great. Very clean, great quality, beds comfortable. Plenty of towels. Customer service was very responsive. Our only complaint was heated pool/spa. We had to pay extra $224 dollars for our stay for the heat. Unfortunately it worked overall very poor. We called several times, they were responsive. Pool staff were there daily checking it. They state they run it for 12 hours from 8 am to 8 pm, but spa was never hot. We like to sit in spa early morning and late at night and it was luke warm at best at these times and we would have to get out because it not comfortable. Pool was pretty much always too cold to get in- other than one day they turned pool heat on instead of spa heat for day, but was still not very warm- and spa was cold. I presume the heat is overall faulty at some level. Probably would recommend not pay the extra for this as it was not beneficial anyway. Again house was very nice and customer service was responsive and did allow us late check out.
