nice place, nice area
Our two week stay on Pine Grove Street was very comfortable - lots of linens, towels and closet space. The house looks just like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. The dishwasher broke and he replaced it same day. We paid for pool heat and we were happy with the programed set temperature of the water. The pool area needs some TLC- The four chairs were all visibly very stained. The area around the pool needs a good power wash. When we arrived there were tissues and debris by the pool. Three screens on the south end of cage aren't attached so the wind carried in lots of leaves even the pool guy asked us "how do these leaves keep getting in the pool" The pool area is large and can handle more of a outdoor living type space instead of two loungers for four people. I would encourage the owner to purchase new outdoor furniture and toss the old yucky table and chairs. That being said....we liked swimming in the warm pool, walking in the safe friendly neighborhood, and enjoying morning coffee watching the birds and boats along the canal.

Wonderful Stay, 2nd time this year.
Great house fished all week docked my boat even was able to use the boat ramp to launch was a excellent experience will probably rent this house again next summer . House was clean and well maintained.
Beautiful home nice spot on the canal for our boat.
