The house was clean and well maintained. The questions we had prior to arrival were promptly answered by the host. Overall a great experience!
We enjoyed everything about the house. Loved the decor and the layout of the home. Best of all we loved spending time on the lanai relaxing, playing games, swimming and enjoying the hot tub. Manager was quick to respond to teach us how to control the heat and jets for the hot tub.
Global management was very helpful when we called, but we called several times because door lock mechanism, ice-maker, grill, and one drain didn't work, and internet access had been changed. Uneven property: Welcoming common area and pool area, decent kitchen, big TV; two small bedrooms grungy; patio furniture chipping.

My family and I came to Punta Gorda for a family reunion. We really enjoyed having our own space to retreat to after a long day. The pool space is fabulous and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. We appreciated the pool toys, beach chairs, extra pool tools, etc. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to relax in Punta Gorda.
