The unit overall was adequate but was left as if the owner had left in a hurry with personal items and clothing throughout. The unit was not ready for short term rental, we had to move the owners clothing to a storage closet. The management company allowed maintenance to enter the unit without our permission and they moved our personal clothing and belongings while we were out of the unit. We submitted our information for pre-check in and they did not coordinate with the HOA for parking passes, etc. It took us about an hour to get our parking pass.
Great condo association to spend the winter
We had a few issues but Global was quick to respond and fix the issues right away. My only big negative was having no window treatments over the sliders in the living room.We loved Punta Gorda!
