Sunset Oasis

Excellent remodeled home, very clean and comfortable with a great fenced yard, private, safe neighborhood, lovely lanai and pool area. Highly recommend!!!!!

Outside the rotunda

One patio door and windows were not locked. Hair dryer wouldn’t work. Grass needs watering in back yard, hurt feet. Coffee table very wobbly. Water filter on fridge needs replacing.Propane tank was completely empty and no note to fill it. Very quiet neighborhood.

Overall, the house was clean and as described. It was a last minute a d short reservation. Unfortunately, a number of bath towels appeared to be worn and stained, as well as certain pieces of bedding. The neighborhood was quiet, but there was not much to do nearby. The swimming pool requires daily payments for heat, and you also pay for the initial 24 hrs for the pool to heat up. As a result, we were only able to use the pool for the second half of the stay.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pictures of the property were accurate, the amenities were as expected, and in a quiet yet friendly neighborhood. We would definitely see if this property is available for our next trip to the area!

The space was great and exactly as shown in pictures. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was very clean. It is a short drive to a couple of open beaches (though many in the area are still closed from the hurricane season of 2024). We had our dog with us and he loved the fenced in backyard. (Pet fee was $70/day) One thing you should know about the experience is that you lose the convenience of the Airbnb platform at this property. After booking, we were asked to communicate outside the platform and fill out several forms via email. Important information was scattered throughout multiple emails rather than all being easily accessible on the app. Overall, the space is great and well cared for.
