The customer service with this host was spectacular. The house was cute and Windsor Islands is such a fun resort to stay at. Walked way too much at Disney and really enjoyed a nice, comfy place to come back and rest. Also- if you haven’t stayed in Windsor Islands before- they have officially fixed the traffic issues at the main gate with self scanning tags! A much needed improvement!

Also- if you haven’t stayed in Windsor Islands before- they have officially fixed the traffic issues at the main gate with self scanning tags! A much needed improvement!
Only issue I had was on my part - forgot to add a driver to the gate check in list - who arrived at 2am - so thankfully we had the emergency contact to the host - and they were able to add him on the gate entry list - he was listed as guest on the Global Registration - but not on the gate list - just make sure any drivers are listed on the gate list as well.
