Guests love the manager communication, cleaning, and size
The rental was OK. I went in July so it was a little bit more expensive. The furniture is very cheap. The cleaning crew that they bring in is not doing a detailed or in depth to clean there are multiple items in the cabinets that were still dirty. Just seem to look like they are just taking it out of the dishwasher and not giving it a second look, and also there were dirty covers on the beds and in the closet. The television downstairs did not work for the entirety of our stay
Costumer service is A+<br/>The team at global helped me with a couple of issues I had throughout my stay. <br/>What was a bit frustrating was when we came in there was very noticeable stains and unclean areas that bothered us. <br/>Also the furniture the beds the couch all those things were very cheap. <br/>Everything in the house is cheap and not upgraded. <br/>Other then those issues costumer service and location is INCREDIBLE!!
El alojamiento lo encontramos limpio, solamente tuvimos un inconveniente con el acceso al residencial pues a pesar de haber llenado los documentos requeridos, por alguna razón en la garita no tenían la información correspondiente. Fuera de eso nuestra estadía fue muy agradable, la casa contaba con todo lo ofrecido en la publicación y la comunicación con el anfitrión siempre fue rápida y eficiente.

El alojamiento lo encontramos limpio, solamente tuvimos un inconveniente con el acceso al residencial pues a pesar de haber llenado los documentos requeridos, por alguna razón en la garita no tenían la información correspondiente. Fuera de eso nuestra estadía fue muy agradable, la casa contaba con todo lo ofrecido en la publicación y la comunicación con el anfitrión siempre fue rápida y eficiente.
