This was a beautiful little place from which to explore Punta Gorda! Within a block of two great coffee shops and several excellent restaurants it was a great spot to work and explore from! I will book again the next time I'm in town!
Location, location, location! This loft is situated in a fantastic part of Punta Gorda, completely walkable to many restaurants, and only a short drive from others. Publix is very close, making it convenient for those food runs for snacks or if you want to cook in instead of enjoying the local food. We found the loft to be very comfortable and charming all at the same time, and the privacy of the outdoor area was wonderful. We felt very at home. While we did experience an AC outage (the only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review) during our stay, Global Vacations' staff was prompt and responsive in getting a tech sent out to fix the issue. If you're in Punta Gorda and want to experience the downtown area, I highly suggest this space.

Great downtown Punta Gorda location. Walkable to everything in the downtown area and next door to a solid Thai restaurant, an italian restaurant and coffee shop with outstanding housemade croissants and pastries. You get a bit of street noise off Olympia Avenue but that is everywhere in the downtown area.
