Area & amenities were great. Golf membership was a bonus. Gym did not disappoint. 2 huge spaces to workout with tons of equipment. Pools were great! The bed was comfortable. Negatives: Absolute dead zone for cell reception. Wifi was strong but no calls could be made/rec’d. Hard to make reservations, work calls, etc. Working from home would be impossible. Check in A DISASTER. Apt wasn’t ready on time b’cuz of previous tenants. We were told just hours before check in. We had to wait for an hour while cleaners tried to rectify the situation. They offered to move us temporarily, when pushed they found another unit to offer us. It was ground floor instead of 3rd floor. So dark and less than ideal views. We had a sick dog so we had to check out a day early (she died on our drive home). I inquired about a refund for the one nite. They said we got a discount when booking and thats all they would do. Even after the disastrous check in and lower floor switch up.

Excellent digs for a golfing winter

We were very comfortable in this "terrace" condo in Heritage Landing were we frequently golfed on the excellent golf course . Unless you golf, like nice swimming pools, tennis, bocce, pickleball and a gym, there's really not much else to do. ie: it is not a great place for small children. The rental agency was very professional, cheerful, and helpful. The well-equipped condo was accurately portrayed in the listing photos. The sunsets and views of nature were fabulous from our very own lanai.

Great location

It's a very nice condo, very spacious. We stayed for 3 months and it wasn't really set up for that length of time. The kitchen only stocked the very basics. I had to purchase several items since I was cooking often for that length of stay. There was only one dresser in the master bedroom which is not enough for 2 people, although there's a small walk in closet. The spare bedroom didn't have any dresser at all and only one night table. There were hardly any clothes hangers and many were needed since the lack of dressers. The golf course was amazing and the staff was great! There were also a few issues that needed attention and Global was very quick to respond to my email. I wish they had emailed after the work was done since we weren't always home when the worker came. Overall we had a great time and the location is ideal.

Relaxing & Peaceful.

Place was very clean and nicely furnished. Enjoyed watching the golfers and alligators. Didn’t like the way the TV was set up but beyond that everything was great.

From the moment of my booking, everything ran smoothly, I was provided complete information pertaining to my rental and all my questions were answered almost immediately!!
