The apartment looked exactly like the photos, which was a nice start. We stayed for over a week and enjoyed the space, and the location was a highlight—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and very convenient for getting around. There were some electrical issues: the built-in microwave tripped the breaker every time it was used, a couple of kitchen outlets didn’t work, and the bathroom lights in the room with two beds were out. The AC was set at 76°F on arrival, but it didn’t seem to cool as expected—there was a noticeable difference between the apartment and the lobby. On the positive side, maintenance responded quickly. They brought a countertop microwave right away, and when there was building plumbing work, they provided bottled water to make up for it. The master bedroom has a gel mattress topper that’s very soft—great if you like plush beds, but a bit too soft for my taste.

Very good location… Appartment well kept, just a friendly suggestion: get new mattresses… the king size bed is basically (2) huge box springs in top of each others and then a foam pillow top., very uncomfortable… everything else was perfect.

The particular unit we had was well stocked, well furnished, and had a great collection of items to make our visits to the beach across the street very enjoyable. The foldable wagon to carry the beach chairs and umbrella provided was so helpful. We loved the morning sun on the balcony, the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts and we took advantage of all of them. My wife said I specifically need to mention how grateful she was for a plentiful stock of towels, both bath and beach. On vacation those little things mean so much. The Morans.

We loved our stay in Siesta Key. Global vacation was super responsive and attentive to our questions and needs. The condo was well maintained despite the building's age and ongoing repairs.
