We love staying in this area while visiting the Disney Parks. The location was convenient to everything. Check was great. It didn’t appear that it was managed by someone directly, so the experience wasn’t as personal, but the communication was on point. It was a little intimidating to see the list of cost for items so I had to count several times before I settled in and before I left to ensure that all of the linen and towels were there and didn’t accidentally get put in my stuff the front porch was dusty housekeeping could probably do a better job with that as well as there was hair and multiple locations on the floor. The bedding was very soft and comfortable. The handle on the freezer door did come off, but it was not broken. It looks like it needed an Allen wrench to screw back in place. We left her home about 20 minutes later then checkout time because I wanted to start the dishwasher and put a load of towels in the washer and start it for housekeeping. The home was as described.

Clean, welcoming environment and very close to themeparks. Very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s decorated so cute in Disney theme. Had everything we needed! Very clean! Nice neighborhood as well. It’s a little smaller than the pics seem to show, but that is normal with pictures. I have nothing to “complain” about whatsoever! I would definitely stay here again!

Check-in was easy, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. However, after a day at Disney, we returned to find a ceiling leak in the entryway, leaving a large puddle and debris on the floor. I almost slipped in the dark. The master bathroom was also leaking, soaking mats and some of my belongings. I contacted the emergency number, and they sent someone out quickly, but we were told to leave immediately due to safety concerns. They relocated us to a property 22 minutes away, but without assistance like an Uber, it was challenging to move everything at midnight with two sick kids. The new property had additional issues—a broken dryer and an unlocked sliding door—which were fixed, but it was frustrating. Later, an agent entered the home while we were out, which felt intrusive. We were unsure as to why that visit was needed. While the staff addressed the problems, the experience was stressful, and I wouldn’t stay with this company again.
