Nice place to stay
This property was in a very good area and dead end road which week liked.The pool was a little small but plenty big for us. The outside area was neat and clean. The bedrooms were nice size as was the kitchen. One thing we would have liked was more than one TV. But it was fine. I gave them 4 stars on cleanliness on because I am a little clean freak. Everything was clean I just had to clean in the kitchen drawers and straighten closet shelves to be organization, what can I say. We really enjoyed working with Globel Vacation Rentals. They were on spot with anything we needed or questions we had. I will definitely book with them again. This is a very nice place and area to rent.Thank you...
Not well kept
Door blinds had numerous missing panels. Master shower has what looks like black mold. My towel was a thread bear leftover that they must have replaced at home. Numerous lights were out or didn’t work. Ice maker doesn’t work. Overall not what I expected from the price we paid.

Felt comfortable like it was our home! Very quiet ! Very clean and the description was exact of how the condo was! Know the area as my parents live across the canal, can’t wait to go back !
Nice condo, poor communication with owner and manager
The condo unit and complex are very nice and the location is fine. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is due to wrong info being provided to me regarding the use of a boat lift and dock space. I was told that we would be able to keep our 17ft skiff on one of their boat lifts on a first come first serve basis and worst case be able to tie up to the dock. Turns out the lift in question is deeded to another unit (thus not available) and it wouldn't have mattered anyway because the bunks were set up for a much larger boat. Tying up to the dock was not an option either as the concrete pilings (with no cleats or anything) were covered with razor sharp oyster clusters which would have torn up the boat/fenders. Anyway, we were forced to scramble at the last minute and find other accommodations for the boat for the week. Also, the president of the condo association came by and told us we weren't even supposed to be there because the units have a one month minimum stay.
