Place is very close to the Parks and stores
This was our first time staying in a townhome in Kissimmee. Usually, we opt for the single-family homes but we decided to give it a try. For the price, we feel it was a decent value. Pros: Great location. Close to Disney, lots of shopping and good eats. Customer service responded Plenty of parking. Nicely landscaped grounds. Secure, gated community. Maintenance is very responsive. Valet trash. Cons: -Outdated and not proactively maintained (however, maintenance is VERY responsive and came to address our concerns.) Not a smart TV in master/primary suite. Valet trash is supposed to come 7 days/week, but they skipped at least 2 of our 5 day stay. Note - we did come during a busy holiday weekend. AC is inconsistent. Froze on 72 during the first 24 hours of our stay. HVAC came and fixed same day. Some linens could use replacing. Overall, the value is good. Could use a more proactive approach, i.e. inspections, cleaner reports, etc. to keep on maintenance.
