Global Vacation Rentals has extremely poor customer service and may need to take a step back and look at correspondence via this platform between them and guest to properly train individual. Please read the fine print carefully—after 24 hours, you're fully locked in. Despite AirBNB stating, “now you’ll see all fees included for your trip,” this company adds multiple additional charges after checkout for items that should be standard. We paid the $198 pet fee after being led to believe all fees were included, yet the home was not properly cleaned; one bedroom had visibly stained bedskirts from a previous pet. The home itself is older and generally comfortable. Although the listing claims it can accommodate 14 guests, that capacity feels unrealistic. Additionally, the hot water supply was insufficient to accommodate a group of that size, making it difficult for everyone to shower comfortably. Given the excessive add-on fees and lack of cleanliness, this rental is not worth the cost.

this place was great i loved there kitchen all the room where nice and clean with there on theme my family and i really enjoyed the everything especially the heated pool and jacuzzi the kids loved it coming from the cold they really wanted to jump in and the heated pool allowed then to do so thank you for such a great place and communication

Global was very accommodating! Found exactly what we needed/asked for on very short notice. The host/owner was also very flexible to support our needs during a hurricane evacuation, taking some of the stress out of an already tense situation.
