My family and I had a wonderful time staying with global resorts. I stay with global resorts once or twice a year. This stay I ran into some issues with the pool. My kids look forward to the pool (of course) however, this stay the pool was extremely dirty, the water level was extended and there were bugs in it. I spoke with global 3x and of course they sent someone out to take care of it. Global is always so friendly and on-time when in need. I look forward to staying with again next year. Global keep up the good work :)
