Excellent location, close to pool, and all amenities. We felt safe and comfortable. Less then 15min to Downton Punta Gorda, easy parking. This is our 2nd time in Heritage Landing. We are coming back next.

Our family had a brilliant month long stay. This new home in the new Lennar Heritage Landing community is just a short walk from the clubhouse, gym, pickle ball, tennis, golf club, restaurant/bar and large pool. The landscaping is meticulously maintained. The community staff and residents (including other renters) were very friendly. We enjoyed our pickleball lesson with the resident pro. The home is lovely as are the views of the golf course. The Host was incredibly responsive to our one request of them. The only possible improvement to our amazing stay would have been if the property came with a gas grill on the lanai. Cheers, Ron
