1st off, this rental company is very proactive. Any problem that we had they responded. From the dirty kitchen floors upon arrival and dusty counters, to when the AC went out and the following day the toilet broke, they handled.<br/>Unfortunately, that is where the fun ends and the horror begins. Let’s start with the master bedroom bed terrible. It literally feels like you’re sleeping on a brick or the floor would have been better. The shower in the master bedroom has a horrible showerhead and it sprays everywhere. Floors are soaking wet every time you take a shower, same showerhead is in all 3 bathrooms. The first night the AC went out and it was extremely hot. The house stayed at 78°, horrible sleep especially after driving six hours from Georgia. On the final night, we found a roach crawling in the kitchen!!! would not recommend. and we have stayed at this resort before just under a different company. This was the worst experience we’ve had

Loved it, exactly like the pictures. The home felt cozy and welcoming. It was well equipped. The kids enjoyed the arcade and theatre at the clubhouse. The kids also liked the themed rooms. First timers in Florida visiting Disney and we loved everything, perfect.
