Awesome family get away
We were in Orlando for the Summit cheer comp. Ww very much enjoyed our stay. The decor was great. Felt at home. Would definitely stay again.
Nice condo
4th floor condo which we enjoyed. Kids loved bedroom with Mickey theme. Pool area too populated. People do not follow pool rules, one day huge group drinking and leaving cans on side of pool. No one there to check. People still leave towels to keep their chairs while away.

We have enjoyed staying at Windsor hills for years and our stay in this unit was no different. Super clean, great communication and can’t beat the location!
The apartment was clean and as described. We stayed for 13 nights and in that time no one came to change the bedding, there was also no spare bedding for us to change the bed either. It was the small things that were disappointing 1 dishwasher table, 4 toilet rolls for possibly up to 8 people and no coffee filters. Now I understand that these are first world problems but when you are travelling from UK to Florida you don’t expect the company you are renting off to be so small and petty and things like these. I would say the location and apartment are great.
Great condo!
My daughter and I stayed in this condo for a birthday celebration trip to Orlando, and it was perfect for the two of us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the decor was fantastic - the perfect mix of Disney and Universal, the two parks we were visiting on our trip. The Harry Potter decor was our favorite. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, as was the living room sofa. We did not use the resort amenities, but it was quiet and we felt very safe. Our only minor issue was that our name was not pre-registered with the front gate, so we had to call the emergency after hours number to get that resolved, but the person who handled the issue took care of it and we were allowed entry into the resort and obtained our parking pass. Otherwise no issues, and we would book this property again!
