The house was great. It was clean, great location. Like previous review the backyard was not private and could look right into the backyard neighbors house as they could ours. The door code they sent did not work, however calling their emergency number fixed the situation in a timely manner. We had problems with the pool/spa heat because everything is powered by Alexa. Again though they were very prompt in sending someone over on a Sunday, twice to fix it. Beds were very comfortable. The showers were amazing, excellent pressure and warm water. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Nice house! Solid place to stay for a week in Punta Gorda. Clean and at the end of a quiet street. 15+ minute drive to any of the town’s better restaurants. Not shown in the pictures is that the backyard & pool area immediately faces backyard & pool area of the neighbor. Easy to hear neighbors. Fortunately, we had good ones. In the night, you see straight into each other’s places. House has blinds. Not an issue for us, but it wasn’t pictured and so mentioning it here. Personally, thing that made this a 4 star trip (instead of 5) for us was not the house itself but it was their management company - they required communication for contracts outside of AirBNB app, they gave us incorrect access codes to the house which caused delays, the linens provided were minimal and not great, and then they started sending me spammy texts at the end of the stay without my authorization. Just wasn’t much of a fan of the management company, otherwise would recommend this as a great base for a stay!
