We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. It was clean, well maintained, organized and extremely well stocked. Everything you could ask for was there. The garage was a bonus. You could park in the garage without having to use the door code. The car was always nice and cool when you came out.

Our stay at the Rotunda West house was exactly what we needed to unwind and finish out the year. The house was easy to find, clean, VERY well equipped with supplies and kitchen tools. The kitchen had everything you would need to stay for short or long term. The kitchen provided lots of pots, pans, dishes and glasses, also included additional kitchen tools such as spatulas, crockpot, ice maker, shredder, coffee maker, brand new gas grill and SO much more. The house also had an ample supply of beach accessories including towels, chairs, bags, wagon and umbrellas. The washer and dryer was very large. The solar pool heater worked well but I am not sure it would keep up with heating the water over the winter months. Global Vacation Rentals was extremely responsive, answered all questions and the few minor issues we had they without hesitation addressed and took care of the issue. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing.
